"Capturing the kitchen at one of Australia's best restaurants, alongside special guests Rasmus Munk, Peter Doyle and Virgilio Martínez."
Centre House Media has captured the creative life of Saint Peter — one of Australia’s most celebrated restaurants and the home of chef Josh Niland — across an ongoing body of work documenting the energy, craft and culinary collaboration that defines the kitchen.
Our role has been to translate the intensity of a working fine-dining restaurant into content that holds its weight on screen: the pace of service, the precision of plating, the quiet focus before doors open. Beyond the day-to-day, we’ve had the privilege of capturing Saint Peter’s collaborations with some of the world’s most influential chefs — Rasmus Munk of Alchemist (Copenhagen), Peter Doyle, and Virgilio Martínez of Central (Lima) — bringing each guest residency to life through film and photography.
These are rare moments — global culinary minds meeting in one kitchen — and the content has to match the calibre. We work with a restrained, editorial sensibility: natural light, considered framing, and a documentary instinct that lets the food, the craft and the people lead. The result is a visual archive that sits at the level of the restaurant itself.
